NOT HAPPY WITH THE AUDIO

Love the TV. Great picture lots of features. However, the audio leaves a lot to be desired. It does not sound good. A little bassy and slightly distorted.

We purchased this TV a size upgrade for our family room TV. If I was to offer some advice though, could you allow users to add apps to it. There are a couple of apps that could be added but it isn't allowed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
