TV shutoff randomly, no sound ever again

I bought this tv and within a week it shut off on it's own and never had sound again. Returned it and bought a samsung and haven't had any problems at all, and the samsung has way better quality sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great picture and features

I looked over the choices and all the competitors in this class. The Vizio Quantum M Series, has features and benefits that none of the other units in it's class even come close to. The unparalleled Black levels and 4k picture is tops. HDR content shows up well and for a multitude of uses, it's the best choice. You can't go wrong with this one!

I really do like the new TV. I’m not real happy with the picture. I’ve had an LCD projection Sony for years and it doesn’t seem like it has as good as a black picture as my old TV but it is a very good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this a month ago and absolutely love the picture. The super bowl was enjoyed by a houseful of guests. 70” TV makes a big difference in game enjoyment

Not so smart

I bought this tv with high expectations. I did not know this brand does not work at Mexico, compared to other brands. just few features work. So, though the TV image is pretty sharp, I just have a 4K tv, not a smart one.
I hope this can be fixed in a near feature since Mexico can be a very important market.
Pretty good price for the TV image, not recommended for abroad.
