I actually wanted to purchase a T.V. with an operating system. This T.V. does not have all the features that I want. Televisions these days are not made to last. I had this t.v. in a 32" and it last exactly 3 years. It died 2 months after the warranty was up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this tv Oct 2019 and very please. It has a great picture and loaded with movies. Very disappointed that you can not add apps to it, as I would like to stream my Spectum TV to get my local channels. We own 3 Vizio TVs.

LOW RESOLUTION - THE WORST REMOTE CONTROL

I bougth this a month ago but im unhappy with this purchase. this TV have a resolution under i'd expected and the remote control is a nigthmare....

Hello GIOGENUA, this television will accept and display up to a 4K resolution. From your review I am not sure what may not be working with your resolution. Please reach out to our customer support at 877-878-4946 for assistance with your television image. We appreciate that you also took the time to provide feedback about the remote that came with your television. If you would like a more intuitive experience controlling your television we also have a SmartCast application in your mobile devices application store. This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
