Remote will not work the TV

I bought this TV approximately 3 months ago. The picture is good, but the remote is delayed, if it works at all. I will not purchase another Vizio product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you would like a more intuitive experience controlling your television we also have a SmartCast application in your mobile devices application store. This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. If your remote is not working at all please reach out to our customer support at 877-878-4946.

Love the features

I really love the app, the features, and the ability to control it with my phone. Only problem I have with it is that for the first week I had it I couldn’t use the airplay and app and screen mirroring features. Then an update came and I was able to but still I expected the feature to be able to use right out of the box but it wasn’t even in the menu to setup until after the update. Otherwise loves it!!
