Already own a Hisense and an Emerson so I knew about them. Was checking several flatscreens and read reviews on the Vizio. Now I wish my other two were Vizio!

Great features

I bought this a couple of months ago for my relaxation room aka she shed but inside. I can watch local channels I have subscribed to a few apps and I love the fact I can cast from my phone or ipad but I can't cast from my MacBook. One of the best features (and there is several) is Redbox on Demand I love it that way if its a awful nasty day out I can still watch a movie.

New tv

I have used Vizio for my past 3 sets. All continue to work use fine. I bought a new smart cast 43” and have not had any problems. I receive OTA tv only and the channels have been in/out with my new TV if the signal is weak, though I still receive the channels on my Samsung TV. Not sure if the tuner is as strong as previous models. Overall very happy.
