Not like our other Vizios

We bought a new Vizio Smart TV and are very displeased with it. Remote and on TV controls randomly stop working, and it does not have access to all of the apps that our Roku did. Picture color is off balance and we have not been able to fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SmartCast televisions deliver today’s most popular apps like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and others on the SmartCast TV home screen. The TVs also come with Watchfree, a no cost service that provides hundreds of channels with no additional purchase or registration requirements. SmartCast televisions also support Google Chromecast and Apple AirPlay 2 so that you can share content from the latest applications on your phone, tablet, or computer directly to the TV. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode setting, for a brighter, more colorful image. This is my second Vizio TV but it is my 1st smart TV. Hands down the thing that keeps be coming back is the picture quality and color...not to mention my 1st Vizio is 7 years old and is still working as well as it did the day I bought it! This new TV was very easy to set up and was in use shortly after I got it home. Love this TV!

I love it with one exception. . . I suspect I’ve hooked the sound bar up incorrectly . . .when I turn the TV on I have to push thru the 7 inputs to get the sound.
