Gorgeous picture. Misleading Chromecast support

Picture is great. No complaints. Many advanced features; more than my old TV. The main selling point was it's support for Chromecast. Based on my experience, this support is misleading. It locks me to a native aspect ratio that cannot be changed. I purchased another Chromecast and use that instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello kevins773, in many case the aspect ratio is controlled by the source device or can be changed in the television system menu. If you would like assistance with checking this setting when you have a free moment, they’re available through text message, chat, or over the phone. I bought the TV a couple of months ago and I totally enjoy it! It’s my first smart tv and I’m enjoying all the features and picture! I’m very happy with my choice of TV and purchase.

on start up it does not recognize the input, you have to change it to any other and then it sees the input... this did not happen till after one of the updates
