Needs Work

I have purchased 10 VIZIO TV's for our family. The smallest 13" to a 65". I have enjoyed the 48 and 50" TV's the most because of the remotes. We all have the SmartCast app but prefer the remote with the app buttons for AMAZON, NETFLIX and the "V" home app button. The picture is great, the sound is good, we have 3 sets with Surround Sound systems. I wish y'all had not downsized the remotes.
