Surprisingly good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had several different sizes of `Vizio tv over the years, and still have two of them. We are impressed till this day with the quality and durability with those TVs. I also also have Panasonic and Sony, and honestly I cannot tell the difference in quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

While it did finally process, it wasn’t without awful headaches and weeks of waiting without a tv for approval and shipping.

The installers mentioned these tvs are notorious for issues and is one of the tvs they have to pick up/install the most.
The Vizio interface is frustrating.
Picture is decent.
Sound is not great— get a soundbar.

t's unfortunate you had a negative experience. Delivery agents contracted for replacements may see a different scope, as they are only picking up TV's that had been setup for a warranty issue. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv about 3 years ago and for some reason failed to register it then. As I have just registered the tv and been given the chance to review it, I have had ample opportunity to get familiar with the tv. I am happy to report that we have not been disappointed at all. I have been a loyal Vizio supporter for years and have no intention of changing that.
