I got my tv as a Christmas gift and I love the features but I was disappointed at the screen quality... For being a 4k tv the picture isn't what I expected

I bought this for Christmas to replace the Vizio I had. We kept getting a message that beginning December 1 our smart tv would no longer support NetFlix, Vudu Hulu etc and needed a newer version the picture is still Excellent .

Bought this smart tv just after black friday. Seems to be performing ok. It is a smart tv so we are trying to out smart it with little help. Sound not jelling with our stereo so far. Color seems great and we have streamed some internet tv.
Wish it came with a written manual.
