Vizio should be ashamed

I purchased my TV, a component that controls the entire display is failing per Vizios diagnosis. They told me it would be cheaper to go buy a new TV. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have fixed their mistake or offered a replacement, but they let me down and I will never purchase another Vizio product. It could’ve been so easy for them to just help me, but they chose to continue to neglect society
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great technology

I picked this tv because of the sound though and because someone gave us an old visio tv and it was small but it also worked good. So that's why I upgraded to two more visio 50" tvs.
