Overall a good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this TV for a few months now. Overall it's a great TV. The only downfall is the audio is very low compared to our other tvs. We've tried everything to change that but nothing changes it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only one plan would be that the streaming services freeze up now I can’t see if this is on Vizio sound or whether it’s just a streaming app either way occasionally Netflix or etc. will freeze up and I won’t be able to turn the TV off. I have to unplug it I’ve tried updates, but that doesn’t seem to work, other than that the TV is great and the visual quality is great
