Great picture but has issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Listen the picture is great. I love all the app selections minus a couple you don’t have that Apple TV does have. My problems are I hate that I can’t favorite or pin apps to the top. So I have to scroll through all these random apps to find what I’m looking for. Second is the smart cast. It doesn’t matter that I keep it up to date the smart cast just doesn’t work like it should. We enjoy watching our son play his vr on the tv and when we first got it it worked perfectly. Now everytime we try and link there’s an error on the tv side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features but rotten sound!!

Tv freezes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv freezes and I have to unplug it . I’ve factory reset the tv 3 times. It will work great for a week or two then do the same thing. It’s not just my 55 inch it also does the same thing on my 50 inch. Thought maybe it was internet issues but the internet is fine . No problems there. Started doing this after about 1 years use. I’ve had other Vizio TVs in the past that didn’t use the smart cast and those TVs worked great. I would not recommend these TVs because of those issues. Other than that the picture quality is good the sound could be better.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds, go ahead and plug the power back in and power it on. Great price without sacrificing quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My most recent purchase proves Vizio continues to put out quality devices, without making the customer break the bank to purchase. The picture is clear, the sound is crisp, on par with the more expensive Samsung tv my family member owns. I purchased my first Vizio TV back in 2009 and it still works perfectly to this day. I've now added 3 more Vizio tvs to our home because I know I can count on Vizio to deliver a great product every time.

Overall good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Vizo TV because it was a good deal for the size and being a 4k HD appealed to my interest. Sure I would love a top notch TV with even more quality. But at that moment what this TV offered was good enough. It was a nice upgrade from owning a older 1080p model of Vizio and from the experience from my older lasting Vizio I stayed with Vizio. I haven't been let down then and now. My only drawback would be in my new Vizio is the lack of speed with the interface. I'm more of a right now kind of person. I think having a faster boot time and scrolling through settings would add a better experience. Like a large size memory chip or faster processor to make it run more smoothly. I'm sure the newer models may have this. But would be helpful for the basic models. I really liked the quick set-up and how clear the picture is. Definitely good quality from Vizio. I hope to have more great experiences with Vizio in the future. Looking forward to more purchases staying with Vizio.
