Love my 65 in Vizio

Was working well until recently

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for over a year now and it was working fine until recently. It would have its moments where it would freeze and I would have to unplug the TV for it to reset, but that hardly happened. About 2 months ago I lost the remote, so I started using the app in place of the lost remote. I am not sure if it is the app that is messing with the TV, or if the TV itself is starting to glitch out more. My TV now freezes at least once or twice a week, sometimes more. Other than having to get up to unplug it, it is a great TV with all the features that I need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds, go ahead and plug the power back in and power it on. Great 40” tv
