[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the tv for the picture but it sounds horrible, the speakers are not good quality. Even with 2 "surround sound" settings it still sounds awful, such a huge disappointment!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Vizio. They are reasonably priced, they come with the zero bright pixel guarantee. Support is decent when you need it (I had a TV die in the past and it was fixed free of charge within a week). Otherwise, I have never needed to contact support. The only other issue I have ever had was registering the product and getting it on my Vizio account to allow smart home devices to connect with it (does not apparently work well with older iPhone 8's). Also, the website has some issues as it was not able to recognize the code that is displayed on the TV screen. Not sure what changed as this used to be a simple process but took me around 2 hours to get it all working (was able to get it to work with an Amazon Fire Tablet). Besides the registration/attaching to your account process, I love this product and have been using it for years.

LOVE MY VIZIO

Not one time have I had to replace any parts on this tv. With easy navigation, any ages young and old would feel comfortable using this tv. it's a really family friendly tv! Even for those tech savvy kids out there this tv is compatible with all of our family's latest electronics. Shoot, even out dogs love Vizio !
