Not impressed - will update after support responds

Our tv is now slightly out of the included warranty of 1 year and just will stop playing. We can move through apps, we have internet (Ethernet connection) we can see everything and it doesn’t load slowly BUT when we go to play a show on literally any app it won’t load and says error. We have to unplug the tv, hold the power button, plug back in and start over and this seems to fix the problem for about 12-18 hours or sometimes if we shut the tv off it will do it again. We’ve done a factory reset, we did the updates, I’m at a loss and a new TV is not in our budget. If we do buy a new TV it definitely will not be a VIZIO. If their support is helpful I will update my review. I am currently awaiting a response from them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great TVs
