This is my first Vizio purchase (but my second 65” Vizio TV, since the first was damaged/had a defect, they immediately sent me a new one), and I LOVE it. The picture is vivid. The sound is awesome, and it has tons of features that are awesome!

Could be much better.

The design and operating system are great. However, the color and picture could use some work. My 10 year old Toshiba 65” has a far better picture and more vibrant color.

Bought my tv in 2019. Beginning of this year, (2022), the top of the screen is visibly darker than it should be. So much so that is made watching it almost impossible. Upon reading consumer reviews, (sadly after the fact), I've come to discover this is a common problem with their back lights. I would NEVER purchase another Vizio TV ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No half the time the screen will freeze up. Sometimes it won’t even turn on I’m constantly having to do a cycle (everyday)

Hello Kimberly1317, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. Typically, when a TV freezes up, that can be fixed with a power cycle. To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds, go ahead and plug the power back in and power it on. If issues persist or you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us by going to support.vizio.com and clicking ‘contact us’.
