Okay I am a little obsessed with the Vizio line of TVs out now it says 10k after updating the tv and I literally can see a single long nose hair on a movie

I’m confused as to why I can no longer access HULU but instead need to purchase a Roku/or another device to do so?

Love their TV's, in my experience they have always had a great picture and they are bullet-proof. Have owned numerous Vizio TV's at home and at my business. I had a small one in my kitchen, got spilled on... heat, dirt, banged around but never died or lost a pixel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not so Good!

I got the Vizio a week ago and I am not very happy with it! This is the 4th Vizio that I have had and I loved them all. The last one I had only lasted 3 years ....don't know why but I thought maybe they don't make things to last anymore so I purchased a new one and had my IT guy to set it up for us. We cannot get the TV or the cable tv imput to bring up the regular tv, we can use the smartcast but that is about all.
Never had this trouble with the old ones we had.
Also the picture is not as clear as the older ones. It was perfect on the old one except the screen started going black so we got a new one.
Please help us!
