Bad quality

Bought at the end of Jan 21 and already one corner has a black spot and lines and light are flickering up from bottom

Apps don't load properly

I bought this tv and it worked good for a while, now apps won't load, programs stop in the middle for buffering issues, voice and sound does not match movie time line. TV programs will start after a commercial break and play for 30 seconds and then cut off and restart again. Called Vizio support they were friendly but still could not fix the issue. Time to through the TV in the garbage and buy a Sony

Too Much Trouble

Screen only shows "no signal" and I do not get any channels when I search for them.

Hello Cooling Tower, you will need an antenna attached to your TV for the best reception of local channels. A couple things like the placement of the antenna, hills or buildings near your home, and other environmental factors could determine the channels that are and are not found by your antenna as well. After the channel scan is done, you will next want to make sure that you are on the correct input. The input names that are initially set out of the box are typically 'Antenna' or 'TV'. After viewing a channel on the TV, that input name will change to the last station call sign that was watched. My 20 year loyalty to Vizio will be ending

I have bought three Vizio televisions in the past. My oldest still works, my second oldest bought in 2014 was working when I passed it along to my parents as I opted to buy a newer Vizio tv in 2021for my new apartment. Now, the 2014 television has stopped working properly and my parents are left with nothing. I attempted to contact support to help, but without the receipt THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! Also, I did research and this is a know problem for that model. Who keeps receipts for 7 years, the store and bank does not even have the record. My next television will not be Vizio!

Set up and other issues

So I had this tv fir like 1 year and a half. Over the time me using it I've experienced returning to homepage issues. I've experienced wifi issues. I've experienced issues switching over from Netflix to home page. Some times when I turn on the tv the home page won't turn on and says no network disconnected. BUT! It will let me move select netflix and hulu and amazon prime. The tv doesn't get enough software updates so it's severely behind on firmware. From what I've seen you guys have made no attempt to fix the glitches in your tv. These experiences are so bad 90% of the time I have to power cycle the tv the other half I have ti jeep turning it on and off. Tv has great picture and great images for gaming. The tv NEEDS more freedom to the person who bought it. What I mean by that is customization on the back ground, how your apps in rearranged, making a favorites for your apps in case there not on the controller. The menu page 90% is undeeded and endless scrolling to the right and it doesn't auto bring the tiles you goto the most closer to the front of the line to make it easier for the viewer to select what they want to watch. These issues NEED TO BE FIXED out of all the other tvs I've seen this is the most unused friendly TV there is.

Where is it

Where is the ESPN app!! I watch sports alot can't bring that app up on the TV.
