I bought it a year ago and I have recently got it hooked up with some help from my nephew . My disability limits the things I can do. I wish that the TV manufacturers could put the speakers facing forward instead of downward. Us poor people can't afford to buy a sound bar.

i bought this tv a year again and out of no where the screen became black and has white horizontal lines in the outer edges. It is a good tv but seems to glitch out from time to time .

After initial set up picture quality excellent

We had to call customer service because the sound was out when trying to make picture fit the screen. After resetting and updating a few times we finally got it to work. After that no issues and absolutely love the color.
