We have the 4KUHD Model

We purchased the 58" 4K UHD Model the first thing is how the color is so shockingly Bright that it just jumps out of the screen and fills the room with all these wonderful, magical,beautiful colors and the picture is so clear, and vivid and it's just like really being there with the actors and actresses you can almost smell the ocean air from the beach as you slowly walk in the oceans edge carrying your shoes to keep them dry. And you pause long enough to kiss that gorgeous woman that you married so long ago "50" years ago and she still can stop my heart just looking at her so you gave her something that makes the world in front of her eyes seame as beautiful as her. Wow what a television and a new future ahead for visio.

1yr manufacturer defect warranty is weak

So I purchase a 70" television and to no fault of my own the screen display quits displaying properly. So I'm inconvenienced by a defect in a product Visio built and I purchased. So as a courtesy to me Visio isn't going to send me a new product but rather send me a used floor model? And if thats not insulting enough, they aren't going to then warranty the product for another year against manufacturer defects? So in the end I've lost faith in visio, im inconvenienced, they provide me a used product and ill have about a week of warranty off my old broken TV that they'll utilize as a warranty. So I'm left thinking if my first product broke within the first year how am I to feel assured the second used tv provided is going to last.. and now I won't have any warranty coverage. So I even offered to purchase an upgraded version by paying the difference out of my pocket. I was declined. I certainly am not feeling like a valued customer at all. But rather visio is leaving me feeling like I'm the one inconveniencing them and they just want done with me and any responsibility of their workmanship. What ever happened to appliances lasting 10 years like they used to?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Checkthis09, our apologies that your TV is having issues. At VIZIO we take every effort to produce high quality products that will last for many years. Unfortunately, no manufacturing process is 100% effective, and a small number of any product will occasionally have issues. What you're describing doesn't sound like our normal warranty procedure- we wouldn't leave you with only 1 week of warranty on a replacement TV, and it sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding when the support agent explained what a recertified TV is. In either case- we'd really appreciate the chance to clarify what happened on your case, and work together for a resolution you're happy with. Please reach back out.

No problems need a solution

Need a hd monitor only hdmi for bedroom using one of the theater TV as big one currently and it interfere with changing inputs have to reset each time duets same tv just smaller

So. Many. Glitches!!!

We’ve had this TV for about a year. I’ve had to reset to factory 3x, the first time was less than a month after initial set up. Either the smart cast doesn’t work, or the screen is “snowy” or the sound is delayed… something always seems to be wrong with it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
