Nice when it works

I actually bought this TV the first week of January 2021. Not too long afterwards, love again experience various issues with the tv, the being with the visual and audio. Since it was brand new, and I bought a warranty, I replaced the TV but I found out it was a refurbished model. Very disappointed but, the same issues are experienced before with the new one I experience with the refurbished one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great tv..only one issue

Its a great tv.. only issue is the speakers are not very loud :( even at 40 volume sometimes sounds are not being heard... great picture... great HDR and great product overall

Picture is ok, factory defect with the sound.

Sound goes out, and you have to unplug the TV for a minute or two for the sound to come back on. Picture is ok, expected a lot more for a 4k TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
