Extremely bad experience

This is my first Vizio TV purchase. HDMI 1 port stopped working after a month. Roku device when connected through HDMI1 does not connect to the internet. Once I plugged it into HDMI2, it connected to the internet. Remote control is very spotty. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Very unhappy with the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't waste your money.

I am mad at myself for buying this junky TV. I have to reset it at least two to three times a week because the audio just stops working for no reason. By having to reset the TV, I have to set up the connection to my Alexa again but becaue it happens so often, I quit resetting up the Alexa ability. So basically, I have a stupid TV, I should have just kept my old tube TV, at least it didn't anger me as much as this junk does.

My fiance and I got this t.v a little while ago and lost the remote for it so trying to navigate through it is next to impossible and the apps that say they help and that also say they will smartcast really don't.. but other then that it's a nice t.v

All bad….

Bought this tv for my daughter. Loved the price and the size of the tv so we took a chance. Big mistake, it always freezes on her, her main page don’t always load, some of the apps aren’t working and now today her volume went out and we had to unplug it and reset it for it to work. Very very disappointed. Now we are stuck with a tv that works whenever ur wants.

I’ve had issues this whole time

I was so happy to have a big tv and then it started to go out on me. The screen would be black I thought it was off but nope it was on. Then the volume would disappear. And over all not even a year I’ve had it and I want another tv. My cousin had the same one and told me it would happen to me too and a month later… it happened.
