Quite disappointed.

I have to reset (unplug and plug back in) every single day now. One second it will be working fine then I change the show or movie and boom! No sound. Even when I switch input, it still doesn’t work. None of my other smart tv’s have this problem. It’s a shame such a great brand name ends up producing a product such as this. This is definitely the last product I buy from you all. All I wanna do is watch some tv when I get home from work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does NOTHING it is advertised to do

No 4k.No VRR. Doesn't work with any consoles. It doesn't support anything it claims. Not sure what the point is. Extremely disappointed.

If you would like the VRR capabilities, I would recommend the model M65Q7-H1 to remain in the similar size of screen. The model V655-H4 absolutely is capable of displaying content up to 4K resolution. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p). Bad tv

Bought less then a year ago have had so many problems from the beginning. Such as volume problems ,tv turning off and on by itself to blue lines down the tv. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TV TO ANYONE EVER…

Satisfied, but it’s not the best out there

Over the past year, this particular TV has experienced constant issues with lagging, subtitle issues, and the smart cast page not working. At times it just becomes frustrating with resetting and reconnecting power to try and fix the issues. At times the TV will freeze and this happened quite consistently. My wife and I are happy with the size and picture quality but we do feel that there are better TV’s out there. When you are paying a lot of money for a huge 4KTV I would expect a bit more customization like with Roku apps on our other 4K tv but this one doesn’t have it, just smartcast with way too much on the screen. I personally like a more simplistic presentation so that’s just me but the issues have definitely made us put the tv right at 3 stars.

It is ok for the price and is much better than my 1080 TVs. It has its moment where you can tell the 4K is working and on some even 4K HDR movies they just look like a real good 1080. But for the price I can’t complain. The tv does act like it has a mind of its own and sometimes just loses volum on its own
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working not even a year after purchase!

Bought tv last year and have kept it flawless. Haven’t even watched it but more then a hand full of times and now it won’t even turn on. This product is awful! I cannot believe that I spent money on this. I have had a Samsung for 15+years and it still works just like the day I bought it. I am so disappointed. I’m not sure if I can get it repaired or what would need repaired it has been so well taken care of and doesn’t power on.
