I bought it in February and in June the HDMI board started going out at first we thought it was the direct tv finally figured out it was the HDMI board so I’m really not happy with the quality of this tv

Amazing tv

But customer service is very very poor it needs so much work they need to go to school on customer service. And the rules customer service gos buy needs so much work and bizzios policies about returns sucks to the highest they want you to re-buy the item before you ever even can get her replacement shipped out

Horrible for the Elderly

ALL TV manufacturers have forgotten about the ELDERLY. Screens should be made simpler. It should be where the HOME screen shows ONLY icons for what the person wants (i.e.: TV stations & Netflix). There should be a way to LOCK either the remote or the tv so an elderly person can't arbitrarily get into areas they shouldn't. Remotes need to have bigger buttons and LIGHTS (I had to purchase a "universal remote" with these features.) Printing on screen needs to be easily viewed from a living room chair or bed (the "INPUT" options necessary to go from Netflix to TV Stations is TINY & barely seen amongst the busy HOME screen. Please think of the elderly, disabled, and anyone who struggles with ALL of this technology!!!! The RCA Roku (which I returned) allowed the HOME screen to be less busy, but per RCA, Roku, & Jasco, NO Roku TV will acknowledge # keys to go directly to a specific TV station. At 98 yrs old, she shouldn't have to push an arrow 50 times to get to a station! SHAME ON MANUFACTURERS!!!!
