Hello MELANIE72, sorry to hear that you're having trouble. That's not at all the experience we'd like for our customers. Typically, a lip sync issue can be narrowed down with troubleshooting. If the lip sync is off while watching content on your favorite apps, that indicates that we would want to troubleshoot network connections. If the lip sync issues only happen on cable or satellite boxes, we will then want to troubleshoot settings on each individual device. For that troubleshooting we will typically start with the TV, moving to any VIZIO audio devices if used, and then finally to the cable or satellite box. I enjoy the size of the TV I dont be so close, easy to operate remote, I can see from my kitchen clearly.

Refurbished tv

I have only had this for about 10 days but so far so good. It looks and performs like a new tv. I have two other Visio TVs that I acquired used and they both are still running with no problem. I had considered buying Samsung. I did buy a Samsung tv years ago that lasted 5 years before it conked out. Vizio is a good brand and more in my price range so I am happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
