You get want you pay for

I first bought this tv in December, with in a few months start to have problems with it, I contacted customer support and they had me reprogram it, and I was still having problems with it, some wouldn't turn on. I had to unplug it, replug it to get it to turn on. screeching noise when changing the channels, finally they sent a tech out to my house and the changed out a controller board out and still had problems.
They replaced the TV twice and still not working right, sound doesn't sink to the images on the screen it's just a pain in the.... wish I had never purchased this tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Customer service from home with Philippines agents do not help understanding the instructions.

A User Guide Would Have Been Nice

Great TV for the price but it comes with virtually no instructions. The input selector gives you just a few seconds to make a choice before it disappears. Too much data on the home screen with no way to remove choices I have no interest in. Adding and prioritizing apps is difficult.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, continuing to press the Input button will bring the list back on screen or it will extend it's time on screen if it is already on the screen. Biggest tv I have had and a great price
