Im glad we picked this TV it stayed in the box for 4 months to make sure that all would work out when i got assistance to put up. It was the right choice for us. The only thing that we find interesting is when its factory
reset, why does the Apple Airplay always turn on by itself !?! Just curious about that one ... Thank you for the great features !!!! Keep care always. Sincerely,

- all the apps would crash (even after a hard reset)

Hello bob2788, at VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms, try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image. Another good way to see the full capabilities of the TV would be to search for "4K HDR" in the YouTube app. As long as your network connection is able to support speeds needed for 4K HDR content, there are some amazing looking videos.
