It was good to see there was new apps on the tv, I was really disappointed when I was not able to load my two most used apps( Discovery+ and Hallmark channel). With the new tv I thought I was going to be able to get rid of the little back box to watch all my apps, not so. I still have to have it with the new tv. I purchased the new tv so I would be able to watch tv with out the other black box. Well that didn't happen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your feedback today! VIZIO TVs use a SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. Casting from one of your devices could potentially allow you to be able to remove that other black box out of the equation. Had Vizio tvs in the past & liked them. This tv is 5 steps backwards!! Always freezes not even hooked to internet. Picture quality is bad. Will never buy another vizio again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Major Disappointment

I’ve had my 32inch Vizio for over 10 years and it works great! I purchased this brand when I needed a bigger tv with super high hopes. It crashes at least 2-3 times a week and the apps don’t work sometimes. I’m over it. I gave 2 stars, cause when it does work, I love it! Definitely regret this purchase. I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be buying from this brand in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
