Excellent value but...

Excellent picture and smart features but the sound is completely unacceptable. Even at low volume the sound is fuzzy and it's very hard to understand dialogue. You MUST attach external speakers to be able to hear anything clearly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

(Glitch) freeze up:

Sometimes when I go to the (INPUT). When I go from TV to my FIRESTICK IT FREEZES UP. I have to reboot or unplug the TV TO get a response from it I didn’t have my TV a full year.

This TV replaces my old VIZIO which was 16 years old and still working never had a problem with it. I hope my new TV is just as good.

The first one turned on and off whenever it felt like it. Having had good Vizio TVs in the past, I had hoped that it was just a lemon, so we exchanged it for another one. The second one had the same problem. It was a huge waste of time.

I bought this tv because picture quality and all the apps that were already present. Only to discover that HBOMax is not a part and Vizio support won't answer the question as if it will ever be. Vizio's suggestion is to cast from another smart device. That advice sucks! I ended up taking an older Amazon Fire Stick,downloading the app and using that. Second, recently a firmware update broke the RCA audio outputs and now a device attached to that output doesn't work and once again Vizio support chat, no answer. Told to call the support number. Why would I call a number where I will be on hold forever just to be told they are working on it. FIX YOUR PRODUCT AND YOUR SUPPORT!!!!!!!
