I have two of these TV's. One 50 inch and then I purchased this 39.5 inch. Love them both. Thank you for keeping the remote simple and easy to use for anyone.

Colored lines on left of screen

I bought this tv very recently and it has been used very little. It now has colored lines on the left side. What is wrong with it?
