Audio issues

I was so happy with this tv when I bought it in November of 2020, but for the past several months I’ve had issues with the audio not matching up with the picture on screen. I’ve done everything recommended to fix it, but to no avail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Elbeekay, sorry to hear that you're having trouble. That's not at all the experience we'd like for our customers. Typically, a lip sync issue can be narrowed down with troubleshooting. If the lip sync is off while watching content on your favorite apps, that indicates that we would want to troubleshoot network connections. If the lip sync issues only happen on cable or satellite boxes, we will then want to troubleshoot settings on each individual device. For that troubleshooting we will typically start with the TV, moving to any VIZIO audio devices if used, and then finally to the cable or satellite box. Life Changing Experience

I bought my Vizio smart tv a little over a week ago and it’s been everything I hoped it could be and more! The smartcast interface is easy to use and I can quickly navigate to Netflix etc with a push of the button on the remote. The picture is fantastic and its been a great experience for gaming as well. This TV is definitely worth the price and is a fantastic experience and value.
I would recommend this to a friend!
