I've only had my TV since the end of March. So far, including tonight, the TV powers on but no home screen appears. I called once within the first two weeks and will do so again. My fear is that it stops working altogether.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought it for the Rex room and it’s a better picture than our bonus room tv so we swapped it. Loving the crisp picture.
