has to be turned above 40 level to hear the sound

The product is great, I have bought 3 Vizio television and has not had a problems, very much satisfied with the product.

The only reason I bought this tv is because while rearranging my living room I dropped my old Vizio TV, even though the old TV was in perfect working order the new on is a much welcomed upgrade, now every time I loose my remote I can just open up the app and use my phone as the remote, and let not even talk about how much better the new graphics are.. I am in love
