Good picture, buggy features

It's a very nice TV with good picture, but some of the baked in apps are problematic - Prime for instance has intermittent lip sync issues, not correctable with the built in correction feature.
The Vizio SmartCast app and Alexa linking is buggy at best and downright frustrating at worst; I only just, almost a year after purchase, think I may have finally figured out how to link it, and I am not some sort of tech novice or luddite... in fact I'm usually the one people come to with their tech issues!
Overall not impressed with the tech features, but not a bad TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst smart television ever!!

This is the worst tv ever made in history I wish I could refund it to get my money back. It freezes all the time you cant change channels without having to reset it or turn it off and back on. It will not update to the correct time zone. Can not download other streaming apps that I pay for. it will cut off on you or the screen will go black but you can still hear the sound. I spend more time trying to get it to work than I do actually being able to watch it. I wouldn't recommend this and I don't recommend buying this television. Really Terrible.
