I have it for about a month and the value is lagging, I try to bring up or down the value and it freezes and take forever to do so, also apps stop working for days and out of nowhere they start working again. The last problem that happened a day ago was I had a black screen when trying to enter to smart view and nothing happened had to factory reset the tv in order to get it working again. This is my first time buying a Vizio tv and my last

My husband bought this tv for me as a gift and i love it still learning how to use alexa with it easy to hook up my surround sound and my PS4 Pro and my playstation virtual reality...
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS TV !!!!
