Freezes up and shuts down randomly

I haven't had this TV a full 6mths and its already freezing up. Shutting down. Closing my apps when watching movies. I'm kinda confused what to do. Or why its not working properly. I have tried resetting it. Unsure of what to do next

It’s a good TV don’t get me wrong I’m enjoying it but I have a 2017 model and it half BET plus on it

So far so good I haven't had any problems out of it and it's an awesome picture I have no complaints at this time can't wait to hookup surround sound to it that's going to be awesome THANKS FOR MAKING A AWESOME T.V. AT GREAT PRICE. ⤵100% SATISFIED
