Good TV

I bought this TV with a good price and the ad stated 4K but when it was delivered, no where on the box did it say 4K. I did install the Visio app on my phone and connected it to Alexa and am able to somewhat control my tv via Alexa
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased my Vizio a few weeks ago and I love how easy it is to navigate. The picture is clear and the sound is great.

Very poor user interface

The user interface on this TV locks up and will not allow the "ok" or middle button to be pressed making it essentially useless. Since we only use Hulu, Disney+ etc it make it useless. We spoke to support and the only fix is to factory reset the TV. Which in fairness does work but I am having to do that multiple times a week and have to reset up all streaming accounts. Really time consuming and irritating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
