Great value

I bought this a few weeks back and the tv functions great. Has all the features I was in the market for and more. I did research before purchasing and this one couldn't been beaten for the price. Smaller Smart TVs were costing the same or more, I was looking for a smaller size but decide to get a bigger size because of features and price. Also I've had a Vizio that was given to me for the past decade and it still works great. Take a chance you won't regret if you have a small budget like me.

Still doesn't work

I bought this Vizio almost a month ago. It didn't work. They sent a second unit and that one doesn't work either. None of the apps work. They are now going to send out a tech to fix it. Still haven't heard from them. I have not been able to watch any of my streamed movies since I bought this. Think I will switch to a different brand

I now have 2 Vizio sets. I love this product. Would have given a 5 star rating if not for the sound. My 15 year old Vizio TV has great sound but not so with the new set.

Great 40" TV

I love this Tv in that it is thin and nice looking! I have really had to fix the color/brightness/sharpness to my liking. I like all the apps below so I can stream! My 18 year old daughter taught me a lot about streaming on this tv! Wish picture in picture was available -only con!

It's decent

I bought this tv a couple of weeks ago because it was the cheaper option that my husband wanted me to buy. ( I would have preferred a Samsung because I am more familiar with the brand and the apps it has available.) This tv is ok, there are only 85 apps available and it does not have any available for download. This includes HBO Max, Crunchyroll, Funimation, CW, SYFY, AMC+, and a host of others. If I want to see anything from those apps I have to cast it. (Which I hate having to do). It does have Chrome Cast and Air Play already installed so no extra equipment to buy there so I guess that's a plus but let me reiterate, you CANNOT download any other apps besides the ones on the main screen. There is no app store.
Once you get used to all of the above, it is otherwise a decent tv. The color and sound are good and it does have Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, Prime video, and a few other popular apps already loaded and their navigation buttons are on the remote. I got around the other apps not being available by installing an Amazon Fire Stick. It's also very easy to link up a console for gaming. I really don't care for the brand all that much because I am a diehard Samsung fan for life but it is a decent tv for the money and if you don't care about what brand you buy but there is definitely room for improvement.
