Could be a little louder

I am hearing impaired and when I take my hearing aides out at night I struggle to hear the tv even with the volume at max. I didn't have that on my old tv. Easy to add a sound bar which I will do. Otherwise I love the TV!

Good video quality poor sound

The video is really good but the sounds is bad . Even in a small room it has to be over 35 just to get any sound out of the thing ..

Good size tv but has limited app choices and as far as I can see there no way to add more at this time

Hello Slimdaddy, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
