Warranty replacement not up to par.

I bought a tv, less than a year later it started giving me problems. The screen looked very magenta and I called the warranty department, they replaced it with a different model and now this tv sticks out from the wall more than my previous one. While the process to file a claim was fairly easy. The shipping company they use is horrible, it took 22 days to get my replacement. I’m Extremely disappointed that they can’t even give you the same model or upgrade you for the troubles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please activate the Smartcast for the Mexico region, many of us buy this type of TV in the US and here in Mexico they do not work
