I bought this about a month ago and I love it. It has both airplay and chrome cast built in so it makes it easy to stream from my phone. The picture clarity is amazing in UHD and HDR.

I am having a little problem with it already I just bought it 3 months ago and the sound keeps going low when the show is on but when there's advertisements are on it gets real low and I have it turn all the way down. Also I went online to print a manual but it;s only in Spanish. How can I get the English version of the Manual?

When there are changes in volume between commercials and TV shows or movies, there is an audio setting in the menus to help balance them out. Open the TV's menu and go to the Audio section. There you will want to turn on the Volume Leveling setting. When accessing the User Manual through support.VIZIO.com, there are English and Spanish versions.
