Picture quality leaves much to be desired

Just purchased this with my stimmy and I wish I spent a little more for the next model up. Video quality is that good. My last 4k tcl was a fairly cheap TV but the picture quality was way better. I find myself having to adjust picture setting all the time. Black becomes distorted and scratchy. I'm def not in love with this TV. Thought I'd have something I would enjoy but I'm already looking for another. :(

To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p).
