Not what I expected.

I bought this tv 6 months ago. Picture quality is fair, but not spectacular. User interface software is poor, and the Smart softwear is very basic. Remote control is small and very
limited. I purchased an external tv box to make up for the deficiency, and plan to buy a better remote control.

If you would like a more intuitive experience controlling your television we also have a SmartCast application in your mobile devices application store. This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. We would also like any feedback on what we can improve with the SmartCast interface. I wish it was 1080!!

I thought all TVs these days offer 1080 standard but this particular model only has 720 so instead of getting a great deal I paid more than it was worth

Hello Loyal Vizio customer, this television will display all resolutions that are provided to it up to 2160P. There may be a setting in your source device to increase your resolution output. I bought the this product about a month ago and me and the wifey have enjoyed it I just wish I had feature to add more app but overall it has all the apps I’m using at the moment.

I upgraded from a 50 Samsung, which went out on us to a 65 VIZO, we are happy campers. Highly recommend this brand.
