Great features but the colors are really bad. I wish if I can do something to give vibrant colors or real colors.

Nice TV except for issues with remote

I purchased this TV a week ago and am very happy with it except for one issue. The volume on the remote doesn't work properly. It's either delayed or I need to take the batteries out and put them back in for the buttons to work. Fortunately I purchased a soundbar for it and able to adjust the volume with that. Otherwise, I am happy with the TV itself.

I bought this a month ago and we are happy with it. The only issue that we have is when you search for a tv show and it is through Hulu or another app it begins at the beginning of the series.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Thornqueen, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. Size the quality everything best brand

I bought this a lil while ago and it’s the best it could possibly be. All the best qualities are with this brand I love the set up size everything. Best choice by far.
