This is my 2nd VIZIO TV purchase, and I am extremely happy with both TV's and the customer service. Will definitely purchase another VIZIO the next time I'm in the market for another TV.

My remote doesnt work and it wont turn on until a few tries- cuts off in middle of shows- I’m not happy with it. Maybe this one is just defective- not sure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth the investment.

I have owned this TV for several weeks. The picture quality is very acceptable. The basic functionality is straight forward. The issue I have is the sound is inferior. I was forced to purchase a, sound bar to improve the sound quality. That did turn out to be a good investment although that was not factored in my budget, I live on a fixed income.
I would certainly consider this purchase if one is seeking a new TV. I have read several reviews that are somewhat concerning, reference to the quality of this TV and the longevity of the TV, also noted many complaints that Vizio is not standing behind their product, I have not experienced that myself.
