I bought another Vizio because, the last one I bought was back around 2008. I still have it, and it still works great, like new.

Very poor product and even worse support

Purchased in early February, the TV gave us problems from the beginning. It has to be re-booted at least once a day to make the features work. Arbitrarily stops allowing us to access our apps, screen goes blank, switches itself back to Smartcast (there's a joke) while we are watching on TiVo or Firestick. Support ran us through several options including setting the TV back to its original factory re-sets to no avail. Support takes 45 minutes to an hour to go through the processes every time requiring us to "go through the motions of checking our W-Fi, re-booting, try this, try that. We are waiting on a local repair person to come and verify the problems. It's a software issue. VIZIO will not replace or refund without independent verification. No service would be better than the current service. I suspect we will not get either a refund or a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smartcast is better than Roku tv’

I love the picture on this tv,Smartcast has way more choices than Roku tv.I own 3 Vizio’s and the picture quality is phenomenal!I get compliments on the clarity from everyone who watches!
