The picture don’t look anything like 4K and there’s a 5-10 second delay when trying to change the volume. Not happy.

Only thing that is a problem is youtube screen is all grey it will play but no picture

I bought this TV about 3 or 4 months ago and it was good. I like that it's a smart TV and I can watch other show on apps. One thing is that it's slow coming on now and I can't get the base to work with it. The volume is not all that good. But good price.
I would recommend this to a friend!
