Sometimes TV Will Not Turn On

We have only had our TV about 4 months, sometimes the TV just won’t turn on. We have to unplug it and let it reset and then eventually it turns on. Despite that it is a great TV with Great Features,
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice TV

It’s a couple of months old . It gets a white screen at least once a week and I have to unplug it for ten minutes then start again. I don’t like that I can’t add apps. I pay for a subscription for Greek TV and I can’t get it on this TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Streaming services unavailable

I bought this TV for myself after having the same TV for more than 15 years. I'm very disappointed that the two streaming services I use the most, HBO and Spotify, are not available on it. It also seems like I am not able to download them either. I feel like I wasted the money that I spent on this TV. I probably won't buy a Vizio again.

Hello Raimy, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
