Good picture but everything else is bad

Honestly the picture is really good but besides that the tv kind of sucks. Sometimes the home button to go to the apps don’t work and leaves me on a blank screen. Then sometimes the tv turns off on itself randomly and not because it is idle. And I always get problems when trying to use the surround sound. Sometimes it doesn’t connect and I have to unplug it and plug it back in again. And other times I’ll have the volume super low and it glitches to full volume. Worst Vizio tv I’ve owned for sure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
